HFN is pleased to provide this
Payor Listing functionality to our providers.
We hope you will use this functionality to review key
facets of our customers' medical plans which should
greatly assist your front office staff and accounting
office functions. HFN has designed this tool
to be user friendly and easy to obtain the necessary login
and password information. Please read the
following information carefully as it will help you better
understand the functionality. HFN is constantly
striving to improve communications and service to our
providers. If you have comments on how we

and share your ideas with one of our specialists.
Payor Listing Functionality
1. Select Links
for Providers from the HFN web site and click on the
HFN Payor Listing link.
2. Login in by using
your User Name and Password.
Logins will be disabled after 90 days of inactivity.
If you have obtained a User Name and Password
through our Claims Repricing Status functionality
you can use those to access the HFN Payor Listing.
3. If you forgot
your password and user name please send another Provider
Login Request or call our customer service support
center and we will send you the necessary information
4. After logging
in, the Payor Listing will appear in your browser screen.
Please be patient as it may take 15 to 20
seconds to fully appear. You can then scroll
through the listing or click on the browser Edit
menu and use the Find functionality to search for
a company name.
5. You can also
save the Payor Listing to a Microsoft Excel file.
In order to do this, scroll to the bottom of the Payor
Listing and click on the Export Payor List To Excel
link and follow the instructions that appear on the screen.
